Recognizing the opportunity for greater impact, Steven and his cousin Jimmy Hill took a bold step in 2008, launching Omega One Insurance Group. Their vision and leadership fueled rapid expansion, acquiring nine agencies across Southeast Tennessee within just six years.

Steven’s expertise and forward-thinking strategies have earned him a seat at the table with industry giants. He has served on advisory boards for top carriers like Safeco, Grange, Progressive, and Erie Insurance. In 2012, his groundbreaking use of social media in insurance was spotlighted in SA Today Magazine, further solidifying his reputation as an innovator.

Today, Steven focuses on empowering his agents across multiple locations, crafting tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most to their clients. His commitment to excellence extends beyond his agencies, as he mentors other agents statewide in growth strategies and organizational success.
